Welcome to Mozilla Firefox Add-on Memory Fox – End User License Agreement (EULA)

This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and Richard Tharp or IDEVFH. ( Mozilla Firefox Add-on Memory Fox ). By using this software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, please do not download, install, or use this software and promptly delete and return the unused software and all accompanying items, including documentation, if provided.

1. COPYRIGHT:
All copyrights to Mozilla Firefox Add-ons Memory Fox, AFOM or AFOM Plus are exclusively owned by Richard Tharp or IDEVFH.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE:
Anyone may use this software.

3. OTHER RESTRICTIONS:
Once registered, the user is granted an exclusive Beta Testing License Agreement to use Mozilla Firefox Add-on Memory Fox on one computer, for any legal purpose, at a time. The registered Mozilla Firefox Add-on Memory Fox software may not be rented or leased or shared with any person except current user of this said license agreement.

4. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES:
The SOFTWARE is provided by Richard Tharp or IDEVFH "as is". In no event shall Richard Tharp or IDEVFH or suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this Richard Tharp or IDEVFH product, even if Richard Tharp or IDEVFH has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Mozilla Firefox Add-on Memory Fox IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE YOUR Mozilla Firefox Add-on Memory Fox AT YOUR OWN RISK. Richard Tharp or IDEVFH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

6. NO OTHER WARRANTIES:
Richard Tharp or IDEVFH disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the SOFTWARE and the accompanying written materials. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have others, which vary from state to state.

7. OTHER RESTRICTIONS:
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.

8. Privacy Policy:
Personally identifiable information you provide Richard Tharp or IDEVFH when you sign up will not be sold or given to outside sources without your permission for Richard Tharp or IDEVFH uses.

9. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Richard Tharp or IDEVFH.

10. Installing and using Mozilla Firefox Add-on Memory Fox signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

11. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove Mozilla Firefox Add-on Memory Fox files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

12. GOVERNING LAW:
This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Oklahoma as such laws are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Oklahoma between Oklahoma residents. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe, or describe the scope or extent of such section. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between us with respect to the subject matter hereof.
